Hi from me, Lynette Mitchell, Laughter For Living. I have been involved facilitating Laughter Yoga, meditation and personal growth for 19 years. I can facilitate your team building event, combining laughter yoga and mindful meditation, delivering an uplifting session for your organisation, school or group. I am to deliver an energetic session, saying with confidence you will like my uniqueness and feel uplifted, energised.
Some of my qualifications are Holistic Living Counselling, Mentoring, Life Coaching and Laughter Yoga Teacher. My husband John and I also lead the the free community Ferntree Gully Laughter Club, which has been going for 19 years. We also lead laughter in four Knox Libraries.
