Lynette's Background
Lynette Mitchell qualified as a Laughter Yoga Coach, Holistic Living Counsellor, Spiritual Mentor and Life Coach. She is passionate about sharing Laughter Yoga with anybody and everybody, focuing equally on not-for-profit organisations and the corporate sector.
Lynette loves to laugh and she shares this love of laughter through the above avenues and is the founder and leader of her local laughter club, being the Ferntree Gully Laughter Club for six years. Laughter clubs are a free community service, bringing people together with light-hearted spirit of laughter and joy. This which helps you to connect with your heart and other's hearts. The founder of the Laughter Yoga movement, Dr Madhan Kataria has the motto "world peace through laughter".
Personal and Spiritual Growth
Lynette's involvement in the Laughter Yoga International movement, is her primary concern, sharing Laughter Yoga encompassing life coaching skills. She owes much to the Global Coaching Community for her spiritual growth, which is grounded into the earth plane and not airy fairy as it once was. Lynette lives strongly on a daily basis by two mottos, 'never, ever, ever give up' and 'do what is uncomfortable until it becomes easy and accomplished. Then master something else that you love and share that with the world'.
She is friendly, loving and artistic, who enjoys painting, drawing and writing. This year she has returned to taking watercolour lessons, giving her great joy in being creative again in this manner.
She has followed many alternative teachings and experienced much throughout her life, giving her the life skills, experience and qualifications which are necessary with which to resonate with you, many people and situations.

In the business field she is the Secretary of the Maroondah Business Association. This networking, non-profit business organisation assists her to connect with people, giving Lynette enjoyment and the balance of a worldly and spiritual life, one foot in both camps.
She walks her talk, believing that each person is unique and every one of you can reach your full potential, being an authentic being, living an ordinary life, in an extraordinary way, if you but choose to do so and never, ever give up.
